Founded in 1969 by the late Owen O’Callaghan, O’Callaghan Properties is one of Ireland’s longest established property development and investment companies with commercial, retail and residential projects throughout Ireland and the UK.

O’Callaghan Properties has completed over 5 million square feet of retail and office space in Dublin, London and Cork over the last 50 years. We have developed 14 shopping centres in Ireland and our flagship developments include Opera Lane & Half Moon Street in Cork city centre, Mahon Point Shopping Centre also in Cork City, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in Dublin and 20 Grafton Street in Mayfair, London.

It has been widely acknowledged that these developments have contributed significantly to the urban regeneration and revitalisation of their respective localities.

O’Callaghan Properties have also developed over 7,000 houses and apartments in Ireland and London. We currently have a number of developments underway and over 1 million square feet of retail, residential and office space at detailed design stage.

Our retail clients include household names such as Top Shop, H & M, New Look, Next, Boots, Gap, Debenhams, Tesco, Zara and B & Q. Office clients include Apple, Perella Weinberg LLC, Reuters, Toyota and Volkswagen.
